I strongly believe that primary care should be built on an ongoing relationship with a Doctor who knows and deeply understands your care needs. I  also understand that you should have a GP who acknowledges the process of getting healthy as a lived and individual experience. I try to incorporate levity , honesty and genuine care into all consultations with patients and regard the work I do  collaboratively with patients as a great privilege.

Since commencing General Practice Training in 2015, Dr Wilkinson  has offered access to a broad spectrum of GP medical services  and continued to update his skills and knowledge to maintain the highest standards of primary care for his patients.  As a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) , holding both General and Specialist Registration, He takes pride in being able to help improve the lives of patients of all ages. About Doctor Marc Wilkinson

Dr Wilkinson was born and raised in the Illawarra area of NSW. He remains a strong advocate for the unique and irreplaceable role General Practice plays in Australia's world class health system. He completed his Medical Degree at Wollongong University in 2012 and  has worked extensively in local Hospitals and multiple General Practices in the Illawarra Area since 2015. Dr Wilkinson operates as an independent tenant Doctor and is therefore a small business owner  like many of his valued patients.  He has specific interest in Renal and Preventative Medicine. At present he consults at the rooms of Ochre Health Wollongong.   He offers in person and tele-health appointments (subject to patients having attended in person within the last year)
